Polish extreme metal veterans Decapitated have revealed the title of its forthcoming new full length. The title of the new studio effort has been set as "Carnival Is Forever" and will see a European release on July 15, 2011 through Nuclear Blast Records. Decapitated guitarist Waclaw Kieltyka commented on the album's title by saying;"Carnival: war, rape, lies, pathology, evil displayed through certain events and situations of the latest years in the world. Is Forever – I guess it doesn’t need explaining. Both in the text and the title, there is bitter irony. The author of the title and all lyrics is Jarek Szubrycht"
